Job Description

The role of a Business Development Associate (BDA) at BYJU’S offers an exciting opportunity to join the world’s largest Edtech Company. BDAs play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its reach in the education sector.

The journey begins with a 5-day Sales Grooming & Development Program (SGDP). During this phase, candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program that covers theoretical aspects of BYJU’S sales process. They will become well-versed in the organization’s products and learn effective strategies for customer interaction. The SGDP is conducted in a physical setting, typically in an office environment.

Throughout the SGDP, candidates will be actively engaged in various activities designed to enhance their sales skills. They will receive continuous evaluation and feedback from experienced facilitators, providing them with valuable insights to improve their capabilities. It is important to note that the SGDP is a learning phase, and no remuneration is provided during this period.

After successfully completing the OJT phase, candidates who meet the qualifying criteria will become eligible to apply for the Business Development Associate (BDA) position at BYJU’S. However, the final selection for the BDA role is subject to approval from the management team.
