1. To ensure that equal employment opportunities are provided by the institute and all government rules are being followed.

2. To establish special posts for a particular job by analyzing the job duties of different posts required for an institution.

3. Forecasting the human resources required to fulfill the objectives of the institute.

4. To fulfill these needsMake a plan and put it into action.

5. To select and recruit employees for necessary work in the institute.

6. Guidance and training of employees.

7. To design necessary programs for management development and institutional development.

8. To develop a system to know the efficiency of each employee.

(i) Institutional Health: Institutional health is the study of employees’ contribution to production and their level of job satisfaction.That can be known from their presence, absence at work and other such things. The minimum rate of absenteeism and high rate of dedication towards work indicate the satisfaction of employees towards their work and the organization. Achievement of the desired goals of the organization can be assessed by the contribution of the employees and their production skills.
